2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope
Construction site: Kongcun Town Resident, Pingyin County.
3.1 The bid invitation requires the bidder to have the qualification of the municipal public project supervisor Grade C and above, and has corresponding supervision capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds. Among them, the bidder intends to send the project chief engineer to be qualified as a registered supervision engineer of the municipal utility project.
3.2 The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Consortium.
