This statement is considered that China Mobile hopes that services like PHS will be used in TD-LTE networking as soon as possible after delisting.

Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has ordered PHS to be used in TD-LTE
It stands to reason that PHS is a product of China Telecom and China Unicom. The frequency after delisting should also be used by China Telecom and China Unicom. Why does China Mobile want to use it?
This is mainly because PHS was not the mobile communication standard officially adopted by the country when it was launched. The 1.9 GHz F-band used by PHS is considered to occupy the TD frequency band originally intended by the country.
It is understood that according to ITU regulations, a total of 55M bandwidth for the 1880-1920MHz band and 2010-2025MHz band is used for TDD. Among them, 1880-1920MHz is the core frequency of the domestic 3G standard TD-SCDMA, but as early as 2002, this band has been used for PHS.
According to the previous document requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the PHS frequency band will be used for TD-LTE after leaving the network, which happened to be the exclusive trial of China Mobile for TD-LTE. Therefore, China Mobile was right and confident that it had the right to recover the frequency occupied by PHS.
In early 2012, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology once again emphasized that the 1.9GHz F band used by PHS will be used in the TD-LTE TDD mobile communication system.
Telecom Unicom claims to have the right to use PHS frequencies
Because of this, China Mobile, China Telecom, and China Unicom have been negotiating with each other about the PHS frequency occupancy. The former hopes to get this frequency band as soon as possible, and the latter two are not easy to return. .

Although not all the PHS frequencies have been given to China Mobile for the time being, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology permits China Mobile to use this frequency band for indoor coverage to solve the problem of data services.
