Design of Intelligent Home Security Monitoring System Based on ARM+GPRS

This paper introduces a smart home security monitoring system with ARM embedded development board as the core, integrated Internet communication and GPRS wireless communication technology. The function and structure of the system, hardware block diagram and software design ideas are given. The system collects signals from sensors, and the camera captures images. After processing by the ARM development board, the system transmits to the remote monitoring center using the Internet and GPRS modules. The remote monitoring system is built using the Boa embedded Web server and the SOLite database, and the user remotely sends control commands by clicking a button on the web page. The experimental test shows that the system not only effectively realizes the functions of rapid alarm and remote monitoring, but also realizes the functions of image capture, package download and other functions to meet the design requirements of remote monitoring.

4) On-site image capture function: In the armed state, when the infrared sensor or the door magnet triggers the alarm, the camera will automatically capture the image, process the image through the MGPJ-Streamer server built on the ARM development board, and stream the image. Save to the SQLite database.
