GCL LED is committed to the development and production of substrate materials, epitaxial materials and chips for optoelectronic devices, and provides related technical services.
GCL will invest $3.5 billion in phases to introduce 500 MOCVD and 800 sapphire crystal growth furnaces. The GCL LED factory has started construction in Suining, Zhangjiagang and Xuzhou. The company will reach 500 MOCVD in 2013. Under the scale and integrated production strategy, the company will become the largest and lowest cost LED chip supplier in China and even in the world.
