According to the “2012 Shaoxing County Financial Subsidy Product Promotion and Implementation Plan for High-efficiency Lighting Products”, from November onwards, urban and rural residents in my county can purchase energy-saving lamps that are much cheaper than the market price as long as they carry their ID cards and go to designated stores.

On October 1 this year, ordinary incandescent lamps will be banned in batches, and 100 watts and above will be forced to "retire" first. Therefore, this year's efforts to promote energy-saving lamps in the province are considerable.

“This year, the number of energy-saving lamps and lanterns promoted in our county has reached 220,000, including 200,000 compact fluorescent lamps (also known as energy-saving lamps) and 20,000 straight fluorescent lamps, T5. According to people, the price of lighting products promoted this time was basically the same as last year, and some even slightly lower than the price of similar products last year.

It is worth mentioning that in order to increase the promotion to rural areas this year, not only the type of lamps and lanterns, but also the low-power energy-saving lamps are significantly more than last year, mainly concentrated in 5-8 watts, 11-14 watts, 20-23 watts and so on. The sales time for the entire event is until the end of March next year.
