Li Mou also said that on December 24 last year they organized a vote, a total of 113 neighboring owners, and more than half of the owners agreed to install LED static display.
Regarding the radiation problems most worried by the community owners, Li said: "We have reported the situation to the Yubei District Environmental Protection Bureau, which will let the inspection department monitor the LED radiation and make public announcements."
The Yubei District Environmental Protection Bureau also confirmed that the Xidishan Group has been requested to commission a qualified unit to conduct electromagnetic radiation monitoring on the LED screen, and will proceed to the next step according to the results.
The Yubei District Municipal Bureau also stated that the Xidi Mountain Real Estate Group has submitted relevant materials for the specific situation of the project. The District Council requires developers to continue construction after reaching a consensus with the owners.
