Energy-saving electronic ballast

1 Scope

This technical requirement stipulates the definition, basic requirements, technical content, and test methods of energy-saving electronic ballast environmental label products.
This technical requirement applies to stand-alone electronic ballasts.

2 reference standards

The clauses contained in the following standards are quoted in this technical requirement and constitute the provisions of this technical requirement, and have the same effect as this technical requirement.
GB 15143−1994 General requirements and safety requirements for AC electronic ballasts for tubular fluorescent lamps
GB/T 15144−1994 AC electronic ballasts for tubular fluorescent lamps Performance requirements When the above standards are revised, the latest version should be used.

3 Definitions

Stand-alone electronic ballasts: Electronic ballasts that can be installed outside the fixture without any additional housing.
4 basic requirements
4.1 The product quality must meet the requirements of GB 15143-1994, GB/T 15144-1994 and so on.
4.2 The discharge of pollutants from enterprises must meet the national or local pollutant discharge standards.

5 technical content

5.1 Line power factor for stand-alone electronic ballast products shall be: λ ≥ 0.95.
5.2 The harmonic current content of the supply current of a stand-alone electronic ballast shall be less than the limit specified in GB/T 15144−1994. See Appendix A.
5.3 The life of a stand-alone electronic ballast should not be less than 10000h.

6 inspection

The detection of line power factor and total harmonic content of the product adopts the methods specified in 5.6 and 5.9 of GB/T 15144−1994, respectively.
