"Commercial Refrigeration Equipment" Standard Implemented on February 1, 2013

This standard applies to China's environmental labeling product certification and China's environmental labeling low-carbon product certification. This standard will be implemented as of February 1, 2013, and will replace HJ/T 235-2006 from the date of implementation.

This standard is formulated for the purpose of implementing the “Environment Protection Law of the People's Republic of China” and the “China’s National Phase-out of Ozone Depleting Substance Program” to reduce the impact on the environment and human health of industrial and commercial refrigeration equipment during production and use. This standard applies to China's environmental labeling product certification and China's environmental labeling low-carbon product certification. This standard will be implemented as of February 1, 2013, and will replace HJ/T 235-2006 from the date of implementation.
