CMET2011: Cloud technology accelerates medical intelligence informationization

According to the definition of the United Nations, the proportion of the elderly population over 65 years old reaches 7%, which is called an aging society. When this ratio exceeds 14%, it is called an aging society.

Statistics from the China Aging Development Foundation show that there are currently 180 million elderly people over the age of 60 in China, accounting for 12.5% of the total population. They have entered an aging society and are on the edge of an aging society. It is expected that this proportion will reach 20% by 2020 and 31% by 2050. By then, China will fully enter the aging society, and the author will become one of them.

At present, although the average life span of the elderly in China has been extended, various chronic diseases and occupational diseases are more common, and there are still problems such as brain function and mental health. In addition, due to social transformation and increased work pressure, many elderly diseases have shown the characteristics of transferring to young and middle-aged people. These pose severe challenges to China's existing health care system and resources.

China ’s Minister of Health Chen Zhu stated at the two sessions of the National Conference in March 2011 that the reform of the medical and health system is a difficult problem in the world. The difficulties and key points of China ’s medical reform-the main measures for public hospital reform include: the establishment of large hospitals for public hospitals across the country Mechanisms to support grassroots and rural areas, especially the top three hospitals support more than 2,000 county hospitals nationwide, and radiate high-quality medical resources to urban grassroots hospitals, community health services, county hospitals, and township health centers.

Cloud technology accelerates medical intelligence informationization

In the reform of the medical and health system, interconnection and information sharing between hospitals in the same region and different regions, between hospitals and grassroots health service institutions, between medical institutions and security institutions, between medical service supervision and medical institutions should be achieved. Therefore, information construction is an important link, and cloud technology is the key technology of medical information.

The United Kingdom began implementing the National IT Development Plan (NPfIT) in 2002, with the representative project HealthSpace focusing on health information service technology. Japan and South Korea launched the next national informatization strategy in 2004 and 2006, respectively, to promote the development of pervasive health technologies. The European Union's seventh framework plan FP7 (2007-2013) has launched a series of related projects, focusing on health information service technology. The United States passed the Health Information Technology Promotion of Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act in 2009. One of its contents is to promote the development of health information technology.

Since 2009, international giants have started coveting China's primary health care market. GE Health (formerly GE Healthcare) 's "Health Ideas" program invested $ 3 billion in six years to develop 100 types of equipment that reduce medical costs, improve medical opportunities and quality, and make more patients affordable. Its CT solution BrivoCT325 / 315 is ready to advance high-quality medical resources to the grassroots level in China. Philips acquired Jinkewei, which has advanced color Doppler, X-ray, and detector technologies, and cooperated with Neusoft to expand the primary medical equipment market in China. Siemens China's internal strategic code-named "SMART" has entered China's grass-roots market with products that are easy to use, easy to maintain, affordable, reliable and durable, and are timely to market.

Facing the fierce overseas corps, the Shenzhen Academy of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences announced the low-cost health "Haiyun" at the 4th China International Medical Electronic Technology Conference (CMET2011) held in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing in late April. "Plan" the overall plan of the first phase of the project (see Figure 1). Its four main tasks are as follows: 1. Construction of the "three-base" medical net bottom construction project for village clinics, equipping 630,000 village-level clinics with low-cost solutions within five years; 2. Construction of a village medical training base Training with millions of village doctors; 3. Systematic standard engineering; 4. Innovative technology reserves for the future market.
