This technical requirement is based on the current status of the production and use of ballasts in China, and refers to similar foreign standards. The safety and performance requirements of high-pressure sodium lamp ballasts applicable to this technical requirement shall comply with GB14045-1993 "General requirements and safety requirements for ballasts for discharge lamps (excluding tubular fluorescent lamps)", GB/T15042-1994 Performance requirements for ballasts for sodium bulbs, CCEC/T07.2-2001 "General requirements, safety requirements and performance requirements for AC electronic ballasts for high-pressure sodium bulbs", electromagnetic compatibility requirements shall comply with GB17625.1-1998 "Low-voltage electrical And the harmonic current limit issued by electronic equipment (input current per phase of equipment ≤ 16A) and GB17743-1999 "Limitations and Measurement Methods of Radio Disturbance Characteristics of Electrical Lighting and Similar Equipment". This technical requirement is applicable to independent magnetic ballasts and electronic ballasts (hereinafter referred to as high-pressure sodium lamp ballasts) used in 220V, 50Hz AC power supply, high-pressure sodium lamps with nominal powers of 70W~1000W. 2 Reference Standards The provisions included in the following standards constitute provisions of this technical requirement by reference in this technical requirement. The safety requirements for high-pressure sodium lamp electronic ballasts shall comply with the relevant provisions of CCEC/T07.2-2001. 5.2 High-pressure sodium lamp ballast energy efficiency factor High-pressure sodium lamp ballast energy efficiency factor (BEF) according to formula 5.3 High-pressure sodium lamp ballast energy-saving evaluation value The high-pressure sodium lamp ballast energy efficiency factor should not be less than the provisions of Table 1. 5.4 Line Power Factor High-pressure sodium lamp Inductance ballast line power factor shall comply with the provisions of Section 5.8 of GB/T15042. 5.5 Durability The heat resistance of the high-voltage sodium lamp inductive ballast windings shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.7 of GB 14045. The durability of the high-pressure sodium lamp electronic ballast shall comply with the provisions of Clause 19.12 of CCEC/T07.2, and the special requirements shall be 65 °C for the 200h continuous working experiment. 5.6 When the ballast of the high pressure sodium lamp ballast and the reference lamp are stable under the rated voltage, the lumen coefficient of the inductor and electronic high pressure sodium lamp ballast is not less than 0.90. 5.7 Output power and current High-pressure sodium lamp magnetic ballasts shall comply with the provisions of Section 5.5 of GB 15042. 5.8 Abnormal state (performance) The abnormal state (performance) of the high-pressure sodium lamp electronic ballast shall comply with the provisions of Clause 19.11 of CCEC/T07.2.
