We have developed the CLF6045NI-D series of high-efficiency, high-reliability power inductors that can meet the wide temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, which can meet the harsh environment of the engine compartment with the most severe conditions.
This series of products is in line with AEC-Q200. In addition, with the unique material technology of the company, high-heat-resistant materials are selected, and the welding method is introduced in the broken part to realize a welded-free structure. In addition, with its unique structural design, it has improved mechanical strength and can be applied to ECUs such as engine control modules (ECM), airbags, ABS, and headlights. And by introducing the manufacturing process of the automated streamlined generation line, high-reliability, high-quality product supply is realized.
The product size is 6mm square (L: 6.3 & TImes; W: 6.0 & TImes; H: 4.5mm), and a small size of 5mm square, 7mm square, 10mm square, 12.5mm square medium and large size products will be added in the future. A wide range of products is available for a variety of design uses.
