1. The main control system is the core part of the whole iron removal and manganese removal automatic control system. It is installed in the piano console, and the main components are the touch screen, PLC, and low voltage electrical appliances. The control principle of the main control system is as follows: The programmable logic controller PLC collects the signals of the switch quantity and the analog quantity from the touch screen, sensors, low voltage electrical appliances and other components, and outputs the signals to the touch screen, low voltage electrical appliances and other devices after editing, calculating and processing. The touch screen is used to input the running status of the entire system to the PLC; the PLC also outputs the output of the switch to all relays, and then passes through the relay to 11 low-voltage electrical valves such as solenoid valves to control a total output of four Filter in, four backwash, two air pump switches.
2. During normal work, we transferred to the automatic water supply status. The control system is controlled by the console to start and stop. In the automatic water supply, the total water inflow is filtered and all the total outlet water is opened.

In the automatic backwashing, the timing of backwashing can be set through the parameter setting screen. The total influent water intake can be set in four states from the parameter setting screen. 7. During normal operation, one air pump can be started manually. The two air pumps can be used to alternate time. The solenoid valve between the two air pumps is always open, and two air pumps can be started at the same time, but the solenoid valve between the air pump is closed; in the automatic water supply state, the auto Start an air pump, two air pumps alternately work at regular intervals, and the solenoid valve between two air pumps is always open. e) The fifth screen is the parameter setting 2 screen: There are air pump timing counting, total backwashing timing counting, and water supply timing counting in the automatic timing. Here you can set the pump timing, total backwash timing, and normal water supply timing. There are two touch buttons at the bottom to enter the parameter setting 3 screen and switching screen respectively.
f) The sixth screen is the parameter setting 3 screen: Here is the total water switch setting, which is one quarter (1000) in one pass, two pass (Quarter 2000), three The road pass is three-fourths (3000), the four-way roadway is fully open (4000), and the total water intake can be set at any angle. There are two touch buttons at the bottom to enter the home screen and switch the screen respectively.
g) The seventh interface is the switching screen: There are six touch buttons on the interface: main screen, monitoring screen, status screen, parameter setting 1 screen, parameter setting 2 screen, parameter setting 3 screen. This screen is free to enter several other screens.
2. Operational control of buttons on the panel
There are two switches on the panel: one is automatic, neutral, manual conversion; the other is the water, neutral, backwash conversion, when not working are transferred to the neutral position; when working can be selected according to requirements such as: (Automatic water supply, automatic backwashing, manual water supply, manual backwashing); there is also total water intake, total water output, four filtrations, four backwashes, and two air pumps and one emergency stop, these are all in manual Under state adjustment, they are each corresponding to a status indicator, press the total water, the total water light is on, and then press the total water, the total water light is off, have start and stop function. The button on the lower panel of the auto state is inactive, only the air pump and emergency stop are active. The rest can only be operated in the manual state.
