The concept of this concept is, from our experience, why is it so difficult to promote energy saving in Shanghai? If we go to build energy-saving provinces, we consider a full life cycle, such as a 70-year time period. The United States places considerable emphasis on energy efficiency, including Germany. Why are there so many energy-efficient homes built? Because their electricity and water charges are particularly expensive. Why can't we count it? Because our water fee is too cheap, if we invest 10,000 yuan, it is very difficult to save money and save electricity. Third, we have established energy-saving and land-saving houses that combine universal adaptability and regionality. We have seen many houses in Beijing, but why can't they be promoted in Shanghai? The overall idea of ​​energy-saving and land-saving residential design should be tailored to local conditions. Based on regionality, local climate characteristics should be fully considered. The economic conditions, lifestyle and aesthetic habits of local residents should be fully considered. Fourth, build a technology-integrated, energy-saving, land-saving home. Energy-efficient housing is the integration of the system, not highlighting a technical highlight, but the integration of technical systems. We feel that in design, whether it is active or passive to do this, how to balance this system? This is a good way to deal with it.

According to our research, computer simulation technology has become an indispensable basis. The current planning is different from the previous one. This part of the law must be added to the current design. The control of the shape factor of the house will gradually change the aesthetic concept of the house. In the future, the building will be more and more square. Just like the building and practice we are seeing now, we can't do it according to the requirements of the specification. Because of this shape factor, the heat loss of the outer air contact surface of such a prominent part is very large. The building will be more and more square in the future.
