The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) has developed a number of standards related to power supplies, such as DC stabilized power supply standards: IEC 478.1-1974 "DC output stable power supply terminology"; IEC 48.2-1986 "DC output stable power supply ratings and performance"; IEC 478.3-1989 "Reference level and measurement of conducted electromagnetic interference from DC output stabilized power supply"; IEC 478.4-1976 "Test method for DC output stabilized power supply except radio frequency interference"; IEC478.5-1993 "DC output stabilized power supply reactance Measurement of the near-field magnetic field component. This set of standards was promulgated and implemented earlier, and China's corresponding national standards have not yet been promulgated. The electronic industry standard SJ2811.1-87 "General DC stabilized power supply terminology and definition, performance and rating" for DC stabilized power supply, and SJ2811.2-87 "General DC stable power supply test method" have been released for 13 years. For a long time, these two standards have played a significant role in the research and production of DC stabilized power supplies in China.

The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) promulgated IEC686-80 "AC Output Stable Power Supply" in 1980. The national standard GB/T "General Specification for AC Output Stable Power Supply" formulated with reference to this standard has been submitted for approval. The terminology in this standard, Technical requirements and test methods refer to IEC686. In addition, in 1994, the former Ministry of Electronics Industry promulgated the electronic industry standard SJ/T10541-94 "General technical requirements for anti-interference AC power supply" and SJ/T10542-94 Anti-jamming type AC stabilized power supply test method, which is prepared by the China Power Supply Association AC Stable Power Professional Committee and related domestic power supply manufacturers, testing institutions, etc., for ordinary and anti-interference AC power supplies. Technical requirements, environmental requirements and corresponding test methods, quality inspection rules, etc. have been detailed. Since the implementation of this standard, it has been widely used in the field of AC voltage regulation technology.

Other standards, such as the IEC443-1974 "Standard Power Supply for Measurement", China's Ministry of Electronics Industry Standard SJ/Z9035-87 "Standard Power Supply for Measurement" has also been applied within a certain range.

In recent years, switching power supplies and uninterruptible power supplies have been developed in China, and China has also established corresponding national standards, such as GB/T14714-93 "General technical conditions for switching power supplies for micro-computer systems and equipment", GB/T14715-93 "Information Technology Equipment" The general technical conditions for uninterruptible power supplies, etc., are also widely used in related fields.

The original four-machine standard SJ1670-80 "electronic equipment power terminology" has been around for 20 years, and many terms have been interpreted in contradiction with the current standards. Therefore, this year the Ministry of Information Industry Standardization organized the standard. The revision has retained some of the terms still applicable in the original standard, and the classification method of the standard has been greatly adjusted. The purpose of this revision standard is to enhance the applicability of the standard. Therefore, we are most commonly used in the field of modern power supply. Several types of power sources are classified, and their respective terms and definitions are given. The general part is a separate chapter. The terms and definitions in each chapter refer to the corresponding international standards and national standards. The standard is reported at the end of this year.

At present, there are many problems in the military power supply system in China. The overall status of the power supply system is low reliability, poor maintainability, and the electromagnetic compatibility problem is more prominent. Interoperability and interchangeability cannot be realized, and there is no military system for power systems. Standards, this has caused all production plants to do their own thing, the power products produced are not compatible, the equipment is equipped with non-standardized, non-professional, non-standardized power, which has seriously affected the overall reliability and development of military equipment. Therefore, in order to improve the overall level of China's military power supply as soon as possible, and fundamentally solve the contradiction that the power system that is common in the field of military equipment cannot meet the needs of war preparation, it is imperative to formulate the national standard for military power supply system as soon as possible.
