1 Introduction
Due to the complexity of the port unloader's electrical control system, it is still based on full-scale introduction. This project is devoted to the technical development of the ship unloader automation system, and has realized the automatic port unloading shipyard electrical control system with domestic independent intellectual property rights.
2 Solution Design
2.1 PLC structure design
The ship unloader is controlled by Schneider Premium PLC. The hardware structure is shown in Figure 1.
